  Heavenly and Eric helped us and I was so happy with their service. They were patient with our return and they helped us place an order. They treated our transaction as if we were family and really helped us get everything right. I really appreciate this kind of service from a retail store and it’s rare these days.   Don’t go in here unless you wanna get ignored. Walked around with a shoe in my hand for 10 minutes and they went and helped somebody else they had just walked through the door and acted like I wasn’t even there holding the shoe. I even said wow really loud. Nobody acted as if I existed. - Turns out the people they helped over me didn’t even buy anything. They should make it where you can grab what size needed off the rack. Not wait for someone to give to you

  Went to pick up an online order and was immediately greeted and asked if there was anything I needed. All associates were very helpful and Eric was able to help with my order in a quick and efficient manner. As I was waiting another associate walked up and asked if I had been helped. Everyone was so kind and helpful I’ll continue shopping here because of them.🫡
