The glasses arrived today with the wrong logo, which is a basic quality control failure—especially for a custom product. Even worse, Oakley is now telling me I have to wait another 7–10 days for a replacement and they refuse to expedite the remake, despite the mistake being 100% theirs. To add to the frustration, I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes just trying to speak with someone about an issue they caused. There is also no assurance that the replacement will even have the correct logo, which makes the wait feel like a gamble rather than a solution. For a premium brand like Oakley, this level of customer service is unacceptable. If Oakley messes up a custom order, they should prioritize fixing it quickly—not make the customer wait another week or more with no guarantee and long hold times. I expected better from a brand with Oakley’s reputation
