  Absolutely horrible experience at the Baybrook Lululemon location. I went in to return two warranty items because the material quality was terrible, and the employee helping me acted like she owned the store. First she claimed nothing was showing on her end, even after I showed her the information on my app. Then she changed the story and said it was “wear and tear.” I was only able to get one item approved. The customer service was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. What makes it worse is that I went to the Westheimer location after and had zero issues there. Completely different experience. I will never go back to the Baybrook location again.

  I have been shopping from Lululemon since before the pandemic but stopped being a frequent buyer due to its high demand and competitor Alo. I recently started taking an interest in buying again and the experience I had kinda turned me off from being a regular. First, my dad and I walked in looking for Hotty hot shorts, we asked the worker for more sizes and it seemed like he didn’t want to be bother or didn’t expect he’d have to do his job.. luckily he helped us by checking the back but there was still not a basic size two in the color I wanted. Long story short, staff is stand-offish. They look like they really don’t want to be there. For how much money customers spend there you would think the customer service would be more welcoming… They really need to fix how they’re presenting themselves. I don’t want to feel like I’m talking to mean girls.

  This is the closest store to me. So I come here to buy presents for my daughter. The staff is not the friendliest , I can definitely agree on that from other reviews on here. Today I walked in wanting to buy a backpack. I did not order online because I wanted to actually try it on in store. I asked a gentleman that was in the dressing rooms if he could please bring down two different bags for me. He brought one down , was not nice about it, as if I interrupted his time using a lint roller on himself. He gave me the backpack and just ignored the fact that I wanted to try on two different ones, then walked away to help someone else. I waited around hoping he would come back and maybe bring down the other one. Then , eventually just left the backpack and another item I was going to buy there and walked out. I have no reason to beg an employee that does not want to help nor care to sell. I’ll take my money somewhere else. I think k you should. Check your cameras like 6-6:30 so you can see for yourself. Today 2/24.

  Rude and unfriendly woman. I’ve shopped here for years and there hasn’t been much of a friendly welcome in a long time. Compared to the rice village location and Katy locations.
