I went in to return two warranty items because the material quality was terrible, and the employee helping me acted like she owned the store. First she claimed nothing was showing on her end, even after I showed her the information on my app. Then she changed the story and said it was “wear and tear.” I was only able to get one item approved. The customer service was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. What makes it worse is that I went to the Westheimer location after and had zero issues there. Completely different experience. I will never go back to the Baybrook location again.
