May 15, 2026 I visited your farm. Sorely disappointed. The flower beds that were so lovely years ago are neglected. The butterfly garden also is overgrown with weeds appears untended. Birdbath had about an inch or water full of ropely slime -absolutely disgusting. Fortunately no one enforced the $5 fee to walk through that mess. Not in a hurry to return.

Stopped by for the first time and was very happy with my visit. Our server was amazing and took care of us very well. She gave some great ideas for pairings with wine and was happy and bubbly. The owner came by and had a great chat with us. Would definitely recommend this place especially if you enjoy sweet wines

This farm is incredible! John & Marilyn have created an entire ecosystem of beauty and fantastic wine! We had the great honor to get to meet the two owners while there. John could regale a person for hours with a lifetime of stories filled with humor and charm, & Marilyn is so warm and talented! They are the world's leading producer of wildflower seeds.... Literally distributed worldwide. Be sure to try the award-winning wines, and pair with a delicious cheese platter. Also, if you have an opportunity to do so, take a cruise on the vineyard pontoon boat docking from the redneck elevator. Iykyk! They do offer live music on Fridays in their wine bar, and they have a wonderful selection of local honey, jams, nut butters, and bath products in addition to a lovely general store that offers everything from a large selection of plant seeds to clothing to garden paraphernalia. Admittedly, if I lived in the area, or had a big enough car, I would have taken atll the beautiful plants home! Lastly, if you're a cat lover, you will be in fur baby heaven amongst the well taken care of and loved kitties. I'm sure, as is always the case, the cat's own the farm, and everyone else is just passing through! 😊

This is another beautiful place that I like to visit off and on. It's especially pretty in Spring because their flowers are blooming.
There's a large parking lot and I like to park where the trees are in the first section of the lot.
As one walks up to the building there are decorative items to buy on the left side and on the right side wood holders for bulletins and pamphlets on flowers and events.
One enters and immediately sees a large brightly-lit room. Inside immediately by the doors are the very clean toilets with one being for a wheelchair.
This building is where a visitor may purchase many items. To one's left are wildflower seeds, separate packages and larger see through ones that hold wildflower seeds common to Texas.
There are also large bound books with colorful photos of flowers.
To the right across from the toilets are hanging colorful knickknacks.
Coming out one sees the main room.
Entering the room, on the right side are different lotions, scented wildflower soaps, and Naked Bee's lotions in different sizes and lip balm.
Continuing one next sees a room that has lovely clothes, casual and dressy. Too there is costume jewelry.
Exiting there are more hanging decorative items like angels in bright colors.
There's a room along the back side that has larger decorative outdoor items, solar, metal figures etc.
One re-enters the main room and immediately sees all types of mailbox covers. Too, there'll a rack with discounted garments.
Next is the long counter where one pays.
But there's still a lot to see in the middle room Merchandise is separate on tables. Here there are cloth towels. Paper napkins for a party. Metal wine decals to hang around wine bottles. There are shelves with mugs.
This middle section has more than I'm stating.
In the corner by the back doors are colorful t- shirts, different sizes, with Nature's symbols.
Once you go outside there are flowers, shrubs, herbs, cacti, etc. to awe over and to buy. Near the outside register hanging up in holders, one can take for free, plant sheets for shade, sun, bees etc. Mexican pots, fountains, and decorative items are displayed throughout.
At the very end there's an indoor place where one can purchase wine, sit, and drink. I have not been inside, but I have seen it.
The next area has an eatery where one reads about sandwiches or a cheese- salami- crackers platter. Chips, peach ice cream, candies, coffee, tea, can be bought. In the back area refrigerators with bottled drinks. There's a large area with metal chairs and tables to eat your foods. Nearby again are clean toilets.
Near the doors are areas for foods to buy like Honey Butters, Jams, Cobblers in a Jar, Pickles, Candies, Popcorn on a Cob etc.. This popcorn on a Cob comes with a bag. Put the cob inside the bag and popped it in a microwave.
Outside one can meander through a butterfly garden with flowers that attract them, a pond and a waterfall.
This leads one to a path with flowers in rows in wood fencing. Across from this when in Season are varied colored Poppies, red, being the prevalent one. A free sheet about the poem on "Flander Fields," can be found in a plastic holder.
Leashed dogs are allowed.
There are special events held here. There's an event sheet.
And one can walk through an area and pick flowers, but I haven't done it.
There's more sitting areas outside.
You can see why I think this is a beautiful place.
I hope you come and see for yourself !
