They just dropped off 7 strawberries and charged me in full. I’m waiting on a manager to call because they only want to credit me for the flowers. Terrible terrible terrible. Do NOT trust them to impress your loved ones. Below is a picture of what I ordered vs a pic of what my wife received.

However, after bringing this matter to the attention of the store director, Lindsey she resolved the matter and my arrangement was able to be delivered, even though it was delayed I appreciated her efforts. In the future, I hope that a better system can be contracted through Edible Arrangements for deliveries to prevent havoc.
