  I am very disappointed with this location… I have placed two orders.. 1 for Mothers Day and 1 for Fathers Day, both orders I was very disappointed First the Mother’s Day order was just left on the porch and the Father’s Day order was delivered late.. I asked for the order to be delivered in the morning, it had not been delivered yet at 1:00, I called them to check the status of the order it had not even been made yet but she said that they would get right on it and get it made and delivered. 5:15 still no delivery, so I called back and they were closed… I get a phone call at 6:30 that they can’t find the house…. REALLY…. Tried to contact someone due to the problem twice with no response back Also, my son has a problem too with this store and has had response to his issue either For the money you pay for these arrangements there should be better costumer service in my opinion..

  Store 3634 Long Prairie Rd. Flower Mound, TX is the WORST edible arrangement I have ever ordered from. Their arrangements online is NOTHING like whats delivered! It’s for sure false advertisement! If I could give ZERO stars for communication from this store I would! I requested a get well soon theme, and Peggy the store worker arranged my order that I paid for, nothing like online, but whatever she wanted to place on the order WITHOUT reaching out to confirm! I call the store, and I spoke with Peggy, and was OVERTALKED MOST of the conversation for her to finally say there’s NO manger in the store! She would have to pass my phone number along! No one has reached out to me yet! I should have known this store lack management on how my order was delivered! This store is just taking money, and doing whatever they want! I went placing an order for a very serious moment, and expecting white glove services from this company; For my relative to have A lasting special memory and moment, but it turned out to be THE WORST EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT EVER!!!!!!! Last but not least please do NOT go out of your way to write a sweet note because it will not be attached!

  Great place and great employees. I personally dealt with Mr. Hawk. He was extremely helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely only use this specific store! Thanks again.

  terrible customer service and experience. I paid nearly $200 for 7 strawberries in a generic box. And they never told me “they ran out of flowers on Mothers Day”. They just dropped off 7 strawberries and charged me in full. I’m waiting on a manager to call because they only want to credit me for the flowers. Terrible terrible terrible. Do NOT trust them to impress your loved ones. Below is a picture of what I ordered vs a pic of what my wife received.
