  Love JCP and the selection of amazing brands of clothing they have. Plus, I just love ANA and St John's Bay which are my favorites. They also have amazing sales and discounts too. I'm a huge JCP fan and particularly like the Stonbriar Mall and Allen locations.

  the jewelry associates and jewelry manager are very rude and not understanding. i placed an order online for pickup for a ring i saw the day before using a one-time use coupon. The order got cancelled saying the ring was out of stock. we went back to the store and the ring was indeed in stock, and the associate “mistakenly” labeled out of stock because she couldn’t find it. now the jewelry manager is telling me I can only buy it for the upcharged retail price because they are not honouring my coupon. so not only am i out of a coupon, im out of a ring i really wanted. Extremely disappointed in their customer service. been a rewards member for half a decade and now they won’t be getting a cent of my business. EDIT: associate Saira called me to come back in and helped me make it work, and i was able to get the ring I liked for the price that was quoted online. I really appreciate the teams willingness to help me make it work, thanks guys it means a lot.

  This place is terrible. The employees have no sense of customer service, and despite the many negative reviews, JCPenney seems to be doing nothing to address the ongoing issues. The cashiers are some of the rudest and most unprofessional employees I have ever encountered. They appear so confident that there will be no consequences for their behavior that they openly say so to customers' faces. Customer service and professionalism are clearly lacking, and the company should take these concerns seriously if it wants to retain customers. This is the only location that is this bad!

  When I went to JCpenny I was looking for boy swim clothes but when I ask where were they she said they did not have any but when I looked over at the girls section there were six rags of girl swim clothes for girls but nothing for boys . This was terrible I will never come back !!!

  Tried to return 3 items purchased about 10 days ago. We took the tags off but had the receipt. They took one look at the bathing suit top and said it was used. It was not. It did look frayed, but they sold it that way. I literally had the receipt and Mary would not even look at the receipt. I said we purchased the items at Stonebriar. And my daughter could not wear the swimsuit bottoms that matched bc they were too big. We tried to exchange them at the Fairview store but they didn’t have the same suits, we were leaving the next day, so bought two different suits and just returned the bottoms. But she thought we were keeping the tops, so she took the tags off. Come back after vacation and WITH THE RECEIPT, they said they don’t sell clothes like that. Lol. Well they absolutely do bc it was literally 10 days from the date we bought them. Mary wouldn’t even look at the receipt. So frustrating!!! Moral of the story, make sure you leave all tags on and have the receipt. They will tell you that you are lying. I wasn’t lying.
