  The store is very clean and well organized. The sales associate we interacted with was so helpful. She was eager to help in any way. She was located in shoes, but you can take your returns or items to check out to any register in the store. Her demeanor was so refreshing. I remembered her from the last time we shopped here.

  Worst experience ever! Belk's was hosting a charity sale with an additional 25% off already marked down items. My initial visit was to the Euless location. I purchased over $200 worth of merchandise at that store (I thought great saving). At home I noticed a pair of pants I purchased was to small. I decided to return the pants at the Mansfield location. That same week I went back to the Euless location which was the closet to my home. I decided to exchanged a shirt and purchase more merchandise. The staff at the Euless location is kinda staff-offish in my opinion. I noticed it my very first visit, but once again the store is the closet to my home. Long store short, I made a purchase for around $60,.00 but I notice their was another charge on my receipt for a little over $80.00. Both transactions came from the Euless store. The cashier who assisted me looked flustered, and confused. I thought to myself she is having a super busy day because of the additional savings sale. I spoke with the manager about my observation, and she stated she couldn't find the transaction on the register. I called my bank and the representative confirmed that the additional monies indeed was pending a withdrawn. I carefully showed her my bank ledger which showed the another charge pending. She called for another manager to come to the register. This gentleman (manager) took his time and carefully went through every transaction. He couldn't find my card number matched to the amount, but he did locate the extra amount. The extra amount he founded was not my merchandise. The lady manger simply said "You can dispute it with your bank." The manager she called to assist her said they will investigate it and get back with me. IKR! I want to know has anyone else ever had the same problem at this Euless location?

  This location is the worst, I don’t see how they haven’t shut down yet. They only have one cashier for checking out and it’s always so long. I asked a woman today behind a makeup counter if she could check me out and apparently I was interrupting a phone call and she swooshed me away, I had several items so they missed out on $400 sale. As usual I always end up leaving because of the checking out situation and the poor customer service.

  I waited and waited and waited and two of us left the line in the shoe department because there wasn’t enough help. That is the last time I’ll ever order a pick up from here. I will pay for deliveries. It’s not worth it.
