  We chose this tux rental company for our wedding because they offered some of the most reasonable prices we found in El Paso. The affordability was definitely a major advantage and helped us stay within budget for our wedding party. That being said, I would encourage future customers to carefully inspect all tuxes and review the rental agreement and fine print before leaving the store. Make sure to check the condition of the garments, particularly the pants, and verify that the material is in good condition and not excessively worn. Unfortunately, during our wedding day, our best man experienced an issue where his pants ripped after wearing them for only about an hour during the church ceremony. He was not dancing, running, or engaging in any unusual activity—he simply bent down to pick something up. When he returned to obtain a replacement, he was charged an additional $50. While we understand businesses have policies in place, we were disappointed by the extra charge given the circumstances and the condition of the original pants. When comparing the replacement pants to the original pair, there appeared to be a noticeable difference in wear and overall condition. While we recognize that rental garments naturally experience wear over time, we did not expect a pair of pants to fail in that manner during normal use. It is important to note that the rental agreement does contain language limiting responsibility for situations like this, so customers should be aware of those terms before renting. We also experienced some confusion regarding which items were purchased versus rented. Because of this, I strongly recommend keeping copies of all receipts, documenting deposits, and maintaining a detailed record of what items you have paid for, purchased outright, or are expected to return. Overall, the pricing was competitive and the experience had both positives and challenges. My advice to future customers would be to thoroughly inspect all garments, review the rental policies carefully, and keep detailed records of all transactions to help avoid misunderstandings later.

  Alex and the team absolutely came through for us during a high-stakes moment. We made a last-minute decision to wear a suit instead of my military uniform for a life-changing hearing, and this shop delivered under pressure. ​We walked in right at opening, and Alex greeted us immediately. Even though the tailor wasn't in yet, he didn't hesitate to take action. He communicated clearly, walked us through the options on hand, and helped find the exact fit and style we needed right off the rack.
