- ACAna Castillo5 days ago1.0I spent several hundred dollars on two pairs of sunglasses; within a week they were both falling part with very minimal wear. I took them back in to the store and they wouldn’t fix or exchange them, they said I had to buy new screws and get them fixed. I feel completely robbed and scammed. I suspect they intentionally sold me used or faulty products. We’ve bought Raybans at other stores and never had this issue.

Went back got another frame another 2 weeks passed never had courtesy to tell me my order was ready I arrived then they had both pairs ready trying to sell me the other pair 😑 come on all they care is about sales how about you provide better customer service.

Called in the morning to inquire about the RayBan's Meta Gen 2 glasses and the girl that helped me was very attentive. Went in the afternoon to buy them and she had them all ready for me. Patiently showed me other sunglasses and kindly cleaned and adjust some Prada shades that I previously bought here. Excellent customer service!
