We had picked out $700 worth of shades and walked out due toe her literal "I don't care" attitude. Said she was having a bad day and was she right. Still trying to connect with a store manager or coporate in San Diego. The WORST customer experience we've ever had anywhere. Have it all on video as we just couldn't believe how rude she was
