  This store lost my business permanently. I purchased two pairs of sunglasses for my wife for Christmas. She decided she didn’t want sunglasses, so I went to return them today. When trying to return them the cashier, Pamela, said the one pair had a scratch! Barely visible, yet a tiny little scratch. And because of that, they wouldn’t let me return them! I said I obviously purchased them already with a scratch straight from the store because my wife opened them on Christmas, looked at them, and put them back in the box. But Pamela denied it was possible. No offer to replace them or fix the scratch or anything. Valeria was the cashier when I checked out, which means they both failed to do their job and check them for scratches before I purchased them. So this store is garbage- just wanted to let everyone know.

  Horrible customer service. Do NOT buy from them. Sold me a pair of RayBan’s for $250, never even wore them and the extremely discourteous Manger said she wouldn’t take them back or exchange them because they “were scratched”. Phantom scratch so they don’t have to lose a commission apparently. Buy elsewhere, no excuse for poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. Edit: I’m glad I never went back, I found the location in Midland, TX to be so much better, kind staff and reasonable managers.
