  First time coming here and the guy that was there seemed frustrated to work . He needs customer service guidance .

  Did not take any of my clothes and stated it was all “faded” while most items were new if not worn once. The clothes is also from hollister, abercrombie, and expensive boutiques. They clearly don’t know how much clothes is worth. Meanwhile as I shopped around the store almost all items were faded or dirty showing they do accept items in worse conditions when compared to my clothes. The staff were very quiet and not helpful at all. They said it would only take 30 minutes and as I waited around the store for a good 15 they did not even bother to touch my items and when I returned past the time they had told me to return (giving them more than enough time to search through my bags as they said they did not have a long wait) they wasted my time, gas, and money. Will not be returning nor ever recommend for anyone to even step foot into the store as they clearly don’t know how much items are worth and are willing to accept clothing and other items such as shoes and bags in worse conditions that I wouldn’t even buy.

  Staff were not helpful at all and did not accept any items stating they were “old” meanwhile the rest of the store was a filled with dirty worn down items that looked to be worth less than the amount they priced them as. Do not shop here they clearly only are interested in money instead of actually reselling items at the amount they’re valued at and have no customer service.

  I love it here! The employees are super helpful on everything from bringing stuff in to letting you know about upcoming promos. It’s clean, very easy going store. Love it

  I went in and it was my first time, I felt like I was being rushed and it felt like the lady was bothered I came in, I was told a one hour wait time so I waited and came back the lady hands me back my clothes, and she says “ I’m sorry but we couldn’t accept any of your clothes, because there was wear and tear” but before I went in I checked my clothes with my aunt so make sure and we took out clothes that wear wore out, I understand that they were busy but it felt like my time wasn’t valued, I didn’t get the lady’s name but she had short hair and glasses, it felt like I was a bother this is my first and last time coming here
