  Five Stars is Not Enough! Absolute Rockstars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just had to take a moment to write a raving review for the incredible team at Nordstrom Rack. The customer service here is unmatched, and it’s entirely because of the phenomenal employees who work here. A massive shoutout and thank you to Jerome, Ivan, Lilly, Cruz, Ms. Laura, Bri, and Ximeena! You all went completely above and beyond to make my shopping experience amazing. From being incredibly helpful and attentive to just bringing the absolute best energy and kindness to the floor, you all made my day. Employees like this are rare, and management should absolutely recognize what an incredible asset this group is to the store. To the whole crew: thank you for your hard work and for treating customers so well. And to the team—if I accidentally forgot anyone's name, please blame it on my mind, not my heart! I will definitely be back!
