Ignition interlock devices require regular calibrations that will vary depending on your state's regulations. This company is a money gouger with POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don’t pay attention to what you’re asking. They transfer you dozens of times and then ask if for your convenience your want chat with a live agent who will then direct you to call the 1800 for the same 1-2min issue. No seems to do anything about this incompetence and it’s frustrating to the are force to invest in this company, for literally thousands of dollars for PORR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO ACCOUNTABILITY, same POOR SERVICE. And the issue at hand is still not handled and every call back leads to another transfer. WASTED CUSTOMER TIME and NO ACCOUNTABILITY.
