- JRJavier RodriguezAug 2, 20261.0The online inventory is completely unreliable. Time after time, the website shows an item is in stock, but when I drive to the store, it's not available. I've also placed online orders for in-store pickup, only to have them canceled at the last minute because the store claims they don't have the item. If it's not actually in stock, the website shouldn't allow customers to order it. This has happened multiple times and is frustrating because it wastes both time and effort. The inventory system really needs to be updated to reflect what's actually available.

There were two staff members working that I could see one checking out clients and the other one putting back clothes from rack at fitting rooms. I went in to the fitting rooms to try on clothes. Came out carrying in one hand the ones I was taking and the other hand the ones I was setting up in their rack for leaving. I am clumsy not going to deny that, and I was having a hard time getting the hangers to face the same way to hang the clothes I wasn't going to take. The employee seeing me struggle just stared at me and rolled her eyes took out her phone and started texting ( I'm assuming waiting for me to move so she could go to the fitting rooms?) I smiled and apologized and then some clothes that were on my hand that I was taking fell off. She sighted and jumped over the clothes that I dropped and kept going. I felt horrible, not because her being a bad employee but a bad human being. I finished putting up the clothes and I headed to the cashier who had around 3 people in line and was trying her best. I was so mad at the "interaction" if one can even call it that with the other employee that I just decided to put back all the clothes and leave the store. Note: I am an express card member and lifetime customer, I always shop online or at the outlets. This was my first time at Cielo vista store and definitely my last one.
