- DTDaniela M. Todd2 days ago2.0Clothes are okey, don't have as much variety as before. However staff ... There were two staff members working that I could see one checking out clients and the other one putting back clothes from rack at fitting rooms. I went in to the fitting rooms to try on clothes. Came out carrying in one hand the ones I was taking and the other hand the ones I was setting up in their rack for leaving. I am clumsy not going to deny that, and I was having a hard time getting the hangers to face the same way to hang the clothes I wasn't going to take. The employee seeing me struggle just stared at me and rolled her eyes took out her phone and started texting ( I'm assuming waiting for me to move so she could go to the fitting rooms?) I smiled and apologized and then some clothes that were on my hand that I was taking fell off. She sighted and jumped over the clothes that I dropped and kept going. I felt horrible, not because her being a bad employee but a bad human being. I finished putting up the clothes and I headed to the cashier who had around 3 people in line and was trying her best. I was so mad at the "interaction" if one can even call it that with the other employee that I just decided to put back all the clothes and leave the store. Note: I am an express card member and lifetime customer, I always shop online or at the outlets. This was my first time at Cielo vista store and definitely my last one.
