    "I don't give a damn about your delivery ma'am. Go call corporate". That is the level of service that you will get from this Edible Arrangements location. The woman named "Angela" claims that she is a Manager. If that is the case, it is not surprise that this location has gone downhill. I placed an order on June 19, 2026 around 12 pm Central Time for a family member. I paid for same day delivery. The driver never delivered. I called on June 20, 2026 at around 130pm Central Time to inquire as to what happened. Angela immediately began to overtalk me. Then she told me that I had cancelled the delivery. I did no such thing. I have not been on the phone with anyone from Edible Arrangements at all. It turns out that the delivery driver lied to Angela. They felt that the address I gave them to deliver to (on the military base Fort Bliss) was too difficult to deliver reach. So, they took it upon themselves to determine that I should just get a refund. But, no one actually asked me if I should get a refund. My order status page still shows "Attempting delivery". Did Angela apologize for her driver's behavior or attempt to make the situation right? No. Her response was to tell me that I sounded irritated (ummm...who wouldn't be if you didn't deliver their order.) Then, Angela told me: "I don't give a damn about your delivery ma'am. Go call corporate". Angela's listening skills are terrible. She does not know how to de-escalate situations. She will overtalk you, and then tell you to go call corporate. Those were literally her exact words. It is soo sad to see a company like Edible Arrangements that used to be good, go downhill. I would not recommend that anyone use this company with the current poor level of customer service that they currently provide, and the unintelligent, classless employees that they currently hire. Use Shari's Berries, Spoonful of Comfort, or 1800FLOWERS instead.

    Nobody knocked upon delivery and the flowers were in bad condition from being in the sun. The flower arrangement had no water. Don’t even bother.

    The product itself was good and my order did arrive, so no major issue there. My main concern was the customer service. I called because the website showed my order had not been made yet, and the call felt rushed and dismissive. Everything worked out in the end, but the communication could have been better.

    Mother's Day order was not delivered. When I called the next day to ask why they just said they'd been swamped. They had not sent me any notice that they wouldn't be able to deliver, nor did they even offer to refund me. I asked them to deliver next Sunday since that was my mom's birthday. When I called that next Sunday to confirm, they'd apparently scheduled the delivery for the next Monday. Everyone on the phone was nice and the actual arrangement was pretty and tasty. And it was delivered for the birthday after all. But their organization/scheduling/communication skills are non-existent

    I used the online ordering to deliver my mother flowers and chocolates for mother's day. They uses Uber to deliver and the Uber driver stole my mother's $140 order. Attempting to contact the store and company hasnt worked. Im never using this service again. To the Uber driver who stole my order, I hope your car has terrible mileage and the chocolates give you the runs
