I called because the website showed my order had not been made yet, and the call felt rushed and dismissive. Everything worked out in the end, but the communication could have been better.

They had not sent me any notice that they wouldn't be able to deliver, nor did they even offer to refund me. I asked them to deliver next Sunday since that was my mom's birthday. When I called that next Sunday to confirm, they'd apparently scheduled the delivery for the next Monday. Everyone on the phone was nice and the actual arrangement was pretty and tasty. And it was delivered for the birthday after all. But their organization/scheduling/communication skills are non-existent

Attempting to contact the store and company hasnt worked. Im never using this service again. I was home all day and they never rang the doorbell or knocked so by the time my husband notified me the gift had arrived, everything was gooey and almost melting. And they also forgot my balloon.

The arrangement was nice but the cantaloupe, honey dew, and some of the strawberries were not ripe at all and were hard. The only thing that recipient was able to eat was the pineapple.
