I recently purchased an Omega from her, and the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. She has also been very helpful with my Rolex waitlist, answering my questions honestly and making me feel valued as a customer.   I had a wonderful experience working with Miriam. She is truly an outstanding sales associate very patient, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made everything feel easy and comfortable without any pressure. I came in to purchase a watch as a Father’s Day gift for my dad, Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out, and I really appreciate how smoothly everything went.   I don’t usually write reviews but Deutsch & Deutsch deserves it. I don’t have a lot of knowledge about jewelry or experience purchasing jewelry. I was a little intimidated at first, walking into this store. I don’t look like their average customer, either. But everyone there was friendly. My sales associate, Sergio, was incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome, and that was far before he knew I was even going to purchase anything that day. I bought a watch for myself and some earrings for my wife. I also expressed interest in a particular Rolex and put my name on the ‘waiting list’. Lo and behold, just two months later, Sergio messaged me and asked if I was still interested in the Rolex, as the exact one I wanted had just come in. These are not easy watches to obtain. I was shocked!!! I love my Rolex and my other purchases from Deutsch & Deutsch. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a nice watch or fine jewelry.
