  The General manager Bryan O’Grady is a racist and a horrible and dishonest person who distrust and disregards the local Mexican community and uses his position at Bass pro shops to discriminate, discourage and investigate his customers based of predatory behavior and profiling , racial bias. I was erroneously delayed on from 4473 at the gun counter (mistake based of error and later reversed) , the general manager and employees publicly accused me of being a criminal and committing felonious acts and banned my whole family based off affiliation and personal information like addresses. He demanded I give him a full FBI Criminal background history, ID/Birth certificate, Proof of citizenship/residency , ATF 4473 reversal letter. I provided all these documents and to my knowledge was unbanned along with my whole family and allowed to do business, but after a couple months and efforts to get more clarification by the business was never given any notice or explanation. The store employees assured me everything was fined and invited me to the store like anyone else, and then set me up for armed confrontation with security and countless employees surrounding me. I was told “we don’t appreciate your business” and told to leave. The company reviewed the situation and then threatened me and banned me from every bass pro shops in the United States. The upper management don’t understand or respect, trust the local community and people and look for any reason to discriminate people based of subjective opinion and beliefs. They offer no reason or explanation, justification just blind discrimination.

  A smaller venue and hard to get assistance on the floor but then it's hard to pass up any opportunity to visit a Bass Pro Shop/Cabelas.
