- AAaldiva89May 28, 20261.0I got a shirt as a gift that doesn't fit. I don't have the receipt or a way of getting it. I cannot return it exchange it or do anything at the store. Useless managers and salespeople. How hard is it to get something back and exchange it? It's not a loss at all.
- CDCristina DelgadoMay 19, 20261.0Unfair work load 2 workers and only one guy checking customers out at the door while the other girl stands at the actual registers on her phone. Easy a line of 5 customers. Bad customer service
- EMErick MunozSep 3, 20251.0Horrible customer service. 9/3/25 at 11:30 am Claims i can’t process a return without having the card we used on hand. We have done multiple returns this way and it has never been an issue. She just flat out refused to do it unless it was store credit. Train your employees better
