  worst customer service ever their employees are a bunch of “mean girls” and stuck up people! worst windsor i’ve ever gone to by far. Every time i’ve gone to purchase stuff from this location they seem to be inconvenienced by my presence Lol

  The general manager (this was the title she gave me), Chelsea, refused to issue a return even though I had my receipt and my original form of payment. I didn’t want to provide my email address which she insisted was the only way she could do a refund. I told her that I could give her a fake email if she only needed it for return purposes and she got offended and refused to proceed with the return. Even after I apologized she still refused. She told me to go to another store and return it there. Wow!

  Went in to exchange a dress we bought online. Manager refused to help us and told us to call the 800#. Acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. She was rude and condescending.
