  Excellent Experience (Selling Clothes) Took a box of clothes I don’t fit anymore in today and honestly didn’t expect much to be selected. I went in with low expectations since they were used clothes and my style is mid at best. The drop of process was quick and easy (5 minutes). I was gone for maybe 45 minutes and they were done. They thanked me for bringing in such great clothes and I got a lot more $ than I ever thought! The staff were friendly and appreciated my business. I recommend just bringing your things in. You never know what you could get in return! I will certainly be back.

  GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT A GOOD EXPERIENCE LOL. the attitude and unprofessional demeanor that plagues these girls is so insane. just based on how they held themselves, i could tell that they weren’t gonna be kind. then i waited for 3 hours for them to not take ANY of the brand new things i had but just simply didn’t use, just to say that it was because they were “old” and “stained”, which is odd because there were several things on the sales floor that had holes, mystery stains, missing straps, etc. which is why my friends and i didn’t even end up buying anything. the girl with the gold hoops and slick back had the nastiest most judgmental tone i have ever been faced with as a guest in a store. as a customer service manager myself, i understand busy days are draining but to be that rude to someone who is trying to make even a dollar extra to pay their bills (because it’s no secret that this company will give you $2 for something brand new and in perfect condition), is astounding to me. that girl absolutely has an elitist complex and it reeks.

  It was my very first time for selling my daughters clothes that were with tags and without tags but new condition. Looks like They are races, they didn’t look at my clothes and made excuses that were not true and valid reasons. They put my stuff somewhere else and couldn’t find for 20 minutes although everyone else’s stuff were there at front desks ?? What the heck is that?? 😡

  Well . This use to be one of my favorites go to places. But now they have a bunch of young college girls working here which isn’t a big deal. But they do way more talking than working. I literally waited for 3 hrs. On my items and a friend of theirs walked in they were talking to her about guys they meet over the weekend. This is crazy. Last and final time coming here. RIDICULOUS!!! One of the workers was complaining about the items a customer bought in that they stink. I mean typically high school mentality. This is RIDICULOUS!!!! One worker had curly light brown hair and the other had brown with highlights big hoop earrings.

  Honestly, I don’t typically write reviews especially bad ones but this place is always so disappointing. Once when I was selling, they gave me the wrong total and handed me someone else’s bag - so I had to tell them. They consistently low ball SO hard, and their store is full of SHEIN, stained clothes, and super worn stuff. I usually love Plato’s but this spot is just not worth stopping at in my opinion :(
