  This company and there crew are awesome. They are always on time and very respectful. I would not use anyone else for my weekend fun with the grandkids. Might I add that the price for there equipment is very reasonable and the equipment is top notch.

  Rented from Big Top Bouncies this past weekend for a family get-together. I paid for a rental from 11a-7p. They dropped off at 7:30a and picked up the next day- which was great because we got more time to have fun on the water slide as just my small immediate family once the rest of the family was gone. It was so nice! The staff at Big Top was great as well. Good communication, respectful, and arrived to drop off and pick up exactly when they said they would.

  Excellent customer service!! I spoke with a guy over the phone (sorry I don’t remember his name) before we headed to Fairfield for our Family Reunion. My aunt and I were provided with great advice on which waterslide to purchase, pertaining to our budget and an estimate of how many people we were expecting. We chose the slide that he suggested and when they arrived for set up, the guy even picked the perfect spot to set the slide up at. When they came to pick up the waterslide on the next day, the two gentlemen let me and my aunt take one last slide before they deflated it. Our reunion was a success with the added addition of the Roaring Rapids WaterSlide! Big Top Bouncies will be hearing from us for our next event! Thank you so much for caring and your honest input!

  We are so pleased to use big top bounties for our event! We didn't do a huge rental or anything. Just some basic chairs and tables. But we were treated as if we had a big event and a huge rental! They are professional and provide the best quality equipment!! Pricing is reasonable. And they're always available to answer any questions You may have. No matter how big or small, they treat all of their clients with the utmost respect and priority! My family is a big family and we always have events. I only wish I knew about big top bounces. Sooner, we will never use another company again!! I recommend them to anybody friends family. They are the best of the best!!
