  Called the previous day to see if they allowed the purchase of 2 shoes with different sizing. Was told yes, and when we arrived today they honored their word. I would suggest shopping at this location instead of Town East.

  I visited Vans at North Park to purchase shoes for my little cousin with big feet. 😁 The store was neat and clean. The staff members were knowledgeable about the shoes and fashion. Edwin was the store rep who helped us. I appreciate his professionalism and patience as we searched for the perfect shoe. I even loved how he laced the shoes for us! Thank you Edwin!

  Horrible customer service, called twice they answered the third time. Made an order online on Friday before we heeded out to FT. Worth from Waco, figured it'd be ready by the time we get there after my sons appt at Cooks Hospital. We we're done with his appointment and we began our way to Dallas, radiator busted, had to make a stop at Autozone to replace it. An hour and a half later and finally back on the road, only to arrive at the mall with a sign on the door saying they were closed and would be open the next day. Back to the phone call, the person who answered stated they closed due to a fire in one of their air ducts... place was still intact and not burned to the ground but yet the whole mall was open but them. I asked if she could just ship our items since they had our information already. She stated since we hadn't been charged she could cancel and we could reorder, but I do have the charge to my back account and I let her know. She insisted it wasn't a charge but a hold... money was still out of my bank account, I was charged by then. Asked again if they could please just ship them as I have no plans on returning to Ft. Worth until his next appointment in September but she said no. Hung up so I can see what my boyfriend wanted to do as we had plans for the purchase soon. He called back to cancel the order and talked to two more rude people, a guy stated he would cancel it and hung up rudely. They're about to close and the items are still not canceled on my end. Will definitely never be making purchases from this location again.
