- GRGreg ReidAug 19, 20261.0I was ready to purchase a handbag and earrings for my wife, but getting anyone at this store to pick up a phone to confirm stock is apparently too much to ask. Made multiple calls throughout the day. Voicemail every time. Two messages left, none returned. Unbelievable a business can function like this and still exist. Went with Gucci who has great customer service. Will never buy a Valentino. Check other reviews about the company in general. Pretty bad. Restrictive return policy. Very frigid with little to no flexibility. Not the experience one expects from a designer brand.
