  Extremely poor customer service for a few reasons: I asked the salesman the total price w/ tax so I could prepare payment, he misquoted me by over $100 which required me to cancel a payment and reset payment, takes about an hour to cancel out and could not resubmit for the same store. The salesman in charge apologized and offered free expedited 1-2 day shipment which of course did not happen(this is in part due to the weather in New York, so somewhat acceptable), although an email of any type would have been nice. I called the store to only be forwarded to a full voice mail. I had to call the main customer service line and wait about 10 minutes for someone to answer. No reason given a to why the store does not answer its phone but they did send an email to the store. It just seems to me that when you spend over $1000 on a pair of shoes that the customer service would be exceptional. Answer your phone, check your voice mail, be detailed specific and follow up if there are issues. This will be my last pair of Tod's!

  UPDATE: took shoes to store in North Park and NO questions asked they sent them for repair in new york. Tod's customer service was top notch today. Original post: I purchased 2 pair of almost $900.00 loafers (a piece) about 2 months ago. I have literally only worn a pair 2 times (yesterday and today), and they have burst at the seams. Smh, this is beyond disappointing, and i definitely won't be buying another pair of shoes from there. I have Coach shoes (several pair) that I can wear dozens of times and they won't burst at the seams. TF.

  No return or refund accepted, store credit only, but credits can be use in this store only, nowhere else, no online also, High cost. Definitely NOT recommended.

  Largest Mall in the South the last time I checked. You get some exercise for sure. High-end and as serious as a migraine only fairly positive.
