  The staff was very friendly, but I have to wait 3-4 weeks to get a non-prescription lense replacement. This seems like a long time. Surely something different could be done to shorten this wait.

  came into the store to exchange a pair of prescription sunglasses I had ordered online because the prescription wasn’t correct. As soon as I walked in, Manager Sarah welcomed me and made the whole process easy and stress-free. She helped me place an order for a new pair, and Daniel carefully went over all my information to make sure the prescription was accurate this time around. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Daniel told me the new sunglasses would likely arrive within 14 days, but they actually showed up in only 7! I’m extremely happy with the experience and will definitely return for another pair in the future. Big thanks to Sunglass Hut for helping me get my new Oakley sunglasses just in time for summer — they fit and look perfect now!

  I had an excellent experience purchasing my new sunglasses. Sarah (sales person) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to help me find the right style and fit, and her customer service was outstanding. She made the experience easy and enjoyable.   The environment of coming in and seeing so many options of sunglasses can be overwhelming BUT, the staff here were very knowledgeable about what styles would be perfect for me, they curated my selections and made it very easy to choose. They gave me so much knowledge of lens materials, truly a pleasant experience and kind staff.

  Hi, my name is Kyle, and I wanted to share a review of my experience at Sunglass Hut in NorthPark. I’d especially like to recognize Sarah, the store manager, who is truly exceptional at what she does. I’ve been a customer of hers since around 2016, back when she worked at the Allen Outlets, and it’s been amazing to see her growth over the years. I purchased my first pair of sunglasses with her as a teenager, and to this day, I continue to go back and confidently recommend her to others. Sarah has an incredible eye for style and fit—honestly, she could probably put sunglasses on the statues of Easter Island and still find the perfect match. She has a natural ability to understand what works best for each individual customer, and it shows in every interaction. Beyond that, her customer service is outstanding. She communicates with warmth and professionalism, and her personality and kindness make every visit feel welcoming. Any store is fortunate to have her, and she consistently creates a positive, memorable experience. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Sarah if you’re looking for expert guidance and top-tier service.
