  Today I went to buy heels, and everything went well. Until the salesperson/cashier person told me “ card or cash ? “ and I said cash and she told me she didn’t had no change, so I accepted it until I changed my mind saying I’ll paid in card instead and she already had an attitude working there like hello??? And she told me with an attitude saying “ well sorry I can’t change it because I always submit it with cash “ and absolutely I wanted the coins and well my partner just told her saying that they need to have change because how people going to treat when they don’t give you the exact amount change, she only gave one dollar back, and she ignored my partner and just grab the receipt and give me my purchase bag, and well I didn’t liked that, so I snatched the bag from her because hello? Where customer service at????!!! I never got her name but number of the salesperson: 606308 and cashier person: 605418

  Your website, Google, and the email I received saying my purchase was ready for pick up all list your hours as closing at 9 pm on Thursdays. I tried to pick up my order at 8:07 pm and the doors were locked. There was an employee in the store so I called the store, and watched him look over at the phone and just walk to the back to ignore it. Insanely unprofessional do not ever shop at this location.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Steve Madden today. I paid in cash, and after the cashier closed the drawer without giving me my change. When I asked about it, she said she didn’t have any and asked if I even wanted it. Of course I did—every customer deserves their correct change. Instead of resolving it professionally, I was met with attitude and resistance, as if I was inconveniencing them for asking for what I’m owed. Another associate came over, handed me $0.25 with an aggressive demeanor, and gave me a stare as if I had done something wrong. To make matters worse, I wasn’t even given my purchase or a receipt until I asked—both of which seemed to further frustrate the staff. I walked in expecting a normal shopping experience and left feeling disrespected and embarrassed. Customer service should never make someone feel this way.
