Throughout the entire process, she kept me updated, stayed on top of my order, and made sure I always knew what was going on. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely delightful to work with. In fact, my very first interaction with her was so exceptional that I decided to switch from the jewelry company I had originally been working with. That level of customer service is rare. Badar made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate all of her help and will absolutely return to work with her for any future jewelry purchases.
