  I had such an amazing experience! I purchased a beautiful diamond band and a pair of diamond and sapphire earrings, and I couldn’t be happier with both pieces. The jewelry is absolutely stunning, even more beautiful in person, and the quality is exceptional. The customer service was just as impressive. Dawson Dismore provided excellent service from beginning to end—professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. He made everything easy and enjoyable without ever making me feel rushed.   Sonya was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of getting our engagement ring. She was patient, kind, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find exactly what we were looking for.   My fiancé and I went to the Dallas location to pick out our wedding bands, booking a same-day appointment. The store was slammed, so we had to wait about 20 minutes past our appointment time, but Sonya was very apologetic, offered us refreshments, and the wait gave us plenty of time to browse the cases on our own. Once Sonya sat down with us, the service was fantastic. She asked thoughtful questions about our styles, pulled pieces tailored to our taste, and gave candid feedback comparing band designs and price points. There was zero pressure, zero up-selling, and absolutely no judgment—just genuine guidance. We both found bands we love, and Sonya even followed up afterward to make sure we were still completely happy with our choice. Highly recommend working with her.

  Genuinely such a great experience here. The employees are attentive, they care, they pay attention, and they work with you. If you are looking to come visit or have a specific ring in mind from the website they will help your vision come to life. If you are looking for an appointment, I would highly recommend Megan. I have no doubt they are all great, but my experience with Megan was phenomenal and she helped me navigate everything smoothly. Friendly energy from everyone here and they want to help you. Also the insurance/ benefits on the ring are an added plus and help give you peace of mind when making such a big purchase.
