  I love RayBan sunglasses and I have about 15 pairs. I do NOT love the staff at this particular location. Ray-Ban has spent decades cultivating its reputation as a premium eyewear brand. Unfortunately, the management at its NorthPark Center location seems to have missed the memo. I visited the store today seeking assistance with two pairs of glasses I recently purchased directly from RayBan.com. What should have been a straightforward customer service interaction turned into an unnecessarily unpleasant experience, thanks to a manager whose attitude was nothing short of unprofessional. Rather than listening to my concerns, he repeatedly interrupted me and seemed more interested in challenging how I was approaching the conversation than actually helping me. Apparently, at this location, customers are expected to navigate the manager’s attitude before they can receive assistance. Here’s a concept: Customer service begins with listening. Ray-Ban charges premium prices and markets itself on quality, craftsmanship, and an iconic reputation. Those standards should extend to the people representing the brand, particularly those entrusted with managing its stores. Ray-Ban corporate should take a serious look at the leadership in this location. Customers shouldn’t have to earn the privilege of being treated respectfully after spending their money with your company.

  Went to trial the meta glasses to trial adaptive features for someone living with a vision impairment. The clerk Layla was very helpful, kind and flexible. Something happened where our appointment didn’t pop up in their system which was unfortunate. But Layla was able to help us anyways and accommodated all of our requests to try to use the glasses as assistive technology she let us walk to Sephora to try to see if meta glasses could help us find needed items or walk to the food court to read the menu. She gets 5 stars!!! But ray-ban please make sure online scheduling is working, I even confirmed my appointment.
