  Went to trial the meta glasses to trial adaptive features for someone living with a vision impairment. The clerk Layla was very helpful, kind and flexible. Something happened where our appointment didn’t pop up in their system which was unfortunate. But Layla was able to help us anyways and accommodated all of our requests to try to use the glasses as assistive technology she let us walk to Sephora to try to see if meta glasses could help us find needed items or walk to the food court to read the menu. She gets 5 stars!!! But ray-ban please make sure online scheduling is working, I even confirmed my appointment.

  Horrible store got meta ai glasses 2 months ago they just stopped working. They confirmed there was no damage and the store I purchased from in co was happy to exchange, but im here for work and this location didn’t want to help at all! Even after the Denver location called regional so they can have this location exchange them for me! They still didn’t want to help, so now the Denver location where I bought them is having to send me a box to ship my glasses to the Colorado location to exchange them! Being this location didn’t want to help even after regional told them to! Non professional and very rude! That’s Dallas Texas for you
