RAY-BAN: Timeless style, authenticity and freedom of expression are the core values of Ray-Ban, a leader in sun and prescription eyewear for generations.
I went to the store on May 2, 2026 to try on a product I had looked up online before purchasing. I showed the staff the product photo and model number and asked if they had it in stock.
The first staff member said, “I don’t know,” while doing something else. She tapped on a table and asked another staff member, who also said, “I don’t know,” without even looking at me.
Eventually, they asked a third staff member, who told them the store didn’t carry it.
The attitude and manner of all three staff members felt unprofessional and rude. It was very disappointing, especially since this is the only store in Dallas.

I’m frustrated that the store lists a phone number but doesn’t answer calls. Customers shouldn’t have to come in person just to get a quick answer. It would be much more respectful of people’s time if calls were handled promptly or if there were a reliable way to get information without visiting the store. Called 3 times.

Horrible experience at the NorthPark Ray-Ban location.
I was sold a display item because they were out of stock, and was clearly told I could come back and exchange it for a new pair. When I returned, they refused to honor that and left me stuck with a used product.
Selling display items as final purchases and then denying the promised exchange is misleading and unacceptable.
Would not recommend this location.

If your a person of color do not shop here. When I first arrived at this location the place felt weird and uncomfortable I ignored the signs but when I purchase my glasses they gave me my receipt with another man's name on it even i had given them my name and email address. Then I tried returning the glasses and they wouldn't let me. I knew it was going to be difficult so I kept them and decided to make the review. In general id stay away from raybans and raybans online as well I purchase another pair online they arrived at my how said shipped from some place in China and glasses where all scratched up. I paid a lot of money for scratched up glasses. If you like to struggle then go a right on a head they'll gladly take your money.
