  My experience at this Oakley store was quite unpleasant. I went there to pick up a pair of glasses that I had already purchased, and from the moment I arrived, I felt an unfriendly and even disrespectful attitude from the staff. The main issue was the way both employees spoke to me and the attitude they had during the entire interaction. As I was leaving, one of the employees even laughed in a way that I perceived as mocking. As a customer, I felt uncomfortable and disrespected. I believe Oakley is a very well-known brand, and

  I want to know what racial profile I need to have for the staff at this store to treat me normally; it is disrespectful, and I will shop elsewhere. To be specific, I just left the store, and the staff needs to be more professional.

  Matt and J were complete lead mean and did not live up to their world. I bought a product back that was 40 years old and they wouldn’t give me any options to replace it.

  Oakley store at NorthPark Mall is Amazing! Great customer service. They have fixed my glasses on the spot 2 times! Joey helped me today.
