  Matthew and his team were an essential part giving me the confidence to order my prescription glasses. I have been wearing glasses all of my life, and have dealt with a lot of sales people, and due to my experience I will now always do my best to come back to Oakley and their talented and knowledgeable sales team. My girlfriend owns a pair of Radar EVs that have been pressing too hard on her temples. The staff took them back, adjusted the arms, and now they’re perfect for long term riding and driving. I now feel confident enough to do it myself since they were so thorough in teaching people how to enjoy their Oakleys! My only gripe is not with the staff at NorthPark, but with Oakleys website price discrepancies. Matthew did a great job in matching the price for me, but the fact that in-store and online prices aren’t matched automatically is a huge headache for your staff. Please give your staff the best opportunity to confidently sell your fantastic products at the price you want to sell them at. The in store experience is too important to allow customers to walk away from should the prices or inventory be different. Overall I am very excited to receive my glasses and will hopefully remember to update this review when I do. If y’all are reading this thanks again, and we’ll be coming back for the gaming lens soon! Edit (08/13/26) Just received my glasses! They took only a week to arrive. When we got there it turns out I ordered the wrong frame color. No matter since they had the exact frame I wanted in stock, so the popped out the lens on wrong frame, put it in the correct frame, and told me I was good to go. They were more worried about the optical clarity and prescription than the frame! It’s safe to say that the glasses feel fantastic, I can seriously see images and objects in the distance better and sharper. Plus there is very little glare from lights or bright roads during the day time. I’m seriously impressed! We also ordered the gaming lens for my girlfriend which came highly recommended by the team. Thanks again yall!

  Alright, I think ten years is enough time to finally write a review. Five stars, two words: Shop here. Buy here. Spend HERE. However you want to spin it, the NorthPark Center location is the literal bomb dot com. I have been an avid Oakley fan and supporter since 2007 and have been to almost every Cali location, locations around Texas, North Carolina and more. These guys are it, man. They’re consistently beautifully stocked and VM is set in a way where you feel like you could just take everything home. (And well, perhaps you should.😉) Joey, Matt and the whole gang have exquisite knowledge, are exceedingly efficient, and are willing to work with you on any questions you may have. If in the rare case something isn’t available, you can get it ordered online and shipped to the store for pickup. When it arrives, they’ll give you a call. Ten out of freaking ten.

  In my opinion one of the worst Oakley’s I’ve ever been into, will not be returning back here. Two stars because the staff was nice upon entering but the moment you mention you’re here for a warranty replacement it all goes out the window. I was asked four times in 20 minutes if I finally found some glasses while I was taking my time browsing. When I mentioned I was here for warranty I was pointed to a wall and after asking them for my specific glasses they just said look over there. Three different sales people told me three different things on what warranty covers. Finally left after being told ”there’s nothing wrong with these, they’re pretty rare you should just keep them.” All friendly for a sale and nothing more, definitely avoiding this location.
