My mom gave her some money for clothes shopping to celebrate her new job and she was super excited to shop a better quality store than her regular bargain basements. Unfortunately, her shopping spree smile immediately faded upon entering this store. Granted it was an hour and a half before closing time on a Sunday, but it was a literal mess. Mind you, I had just shopped the one in Plano two weeks ago at the same time on the same day of the week, and it looked nothing like that. Ive also shopped the Arlington location for years and it's the only store I ever go to in the mall anymore. In addition, my sister is plus sized so it's already hard for her to find flattering AND fashionable pieces. The complete chaotic state of the store made it even harder. What's more, we needed to use the restroom and you needed to find an employee to assist. AND on top of all that cell reception was horrible. Just all around a not fun experience. That said she did manage to find four quality staple pieces and our cashier Szakia was nice. Doubtful we will return.
