I have not been to this mall /store in person. However, while in search for the Leo Bag, that was sold out in several other places, I telephobnically contacted this store and thankfully, Megan G. came to my rescue. I reside in NC and my wife's birthday was quickly approaching. Megan took the time to look it up in the system as well as physically checking the inventory to see if it was in stock. She returned to the phone with relieving and calming news and probably the best news I had heard all day....."we have one more in stock". Megan's assistance was the epitome of Customer Service. Though many would say, she's just doing her job, I would like to say, she did and or does her job well. If you're ever in the NorthPark Mall at Marc Jacobs, I strongly recommend asking for Megan. You will be thoroughly impressed with her Customer Service. Thank you Megan, you helped me place a huge smile on my wife's face during her Birthday in July.

Had a disappointing experience the other week at this store. I came in and tried to say hello to the people at the front of the store and was ignored by staff for almost 20 minutes. One person finally came up and asked if we needed help after her supervisor told her too. I wanted to try on a pair of boots but felt like I was bothering the staff and just left.
