  Staff is too lazy to pick up the phone. The website failed to load product availability so I called the store. I then wait on hold to get an automated message that the staff is too busy to pick up. When I arrived 5 min later this did not appear to be the case, and the staff said I should've looked online. They offered no excuse as to why they were too lazy to answer my call and spare me a trip to the store. Inconsiderate bums.

  I completed a return that included both regular items and Final Sale items. A young lady assisted me. I wanted to exchange one item and purchase a different hoodie. Instead, she put the entire refund onto a gift card. I asked if the regular items and the Final Sale items could be separated. At that point, she clicked the “decline return” button, claiming that I hadn’t shown her the receipts, which is simply not true. She then called the manager, who asked me to leave the store.I was so embarrassed that I just wanted to cry. I will definitely be letting the company know about the poor customer service I experienced. Lululemon is known for its excellent customer service, but this store did not represent the company well at all.

  Workers in the fitting room area were talking negatively about the patrons using cuss words in their convo to one another. After overhearing, I looked up and made eye contact with the 2 workers, but they still continued their conversation. After this experience, I put my items down and will not be here again.

  My wife and I showed up tonight at 7:30 pm and the doors were locked. Store hours say 8pm close. The gentleman working tonight laughed at us and wouldn’t even come over to the door to tell us he is closing early. Several other people were trying to get in also. It’s our one year anniversary and we planned on stopping at Lulu to grab something and honestly wasted our time because we went out of our way to go there before they closed.

  I recently visited this location to have three pairs of pants hemmed, but unfortunately, the service was highly unprofessional and ineffective. I had to make three separate trips to the shop due to repeated errors. On the first two visits, the requested hemming was not performed at all. On the third attempt, I received a notification that my items were ready, only to arrive and find that they still had not been completed. When I brought these issues to the manager’s attention, Blain, they were dismissive and stated that nothing could be done to rectify the situation. In total, I have wasted over three hours in travel and administrative time with absolutely no results. I cannot recommend this business based on the lack of accountability and the poor quality of service.
