Although the size she needed was out of stock everywhere, the staff went above and beyond to help her find another set she loves—and they were able to process it as an even exchange. In her words, “Lululemon NorthPark has a customer for life!”

I noticed similar feedback in other recent reviews, so it seems like this may be an ongoing issue. I usually expect much better customer service from Lululemon. I hope management takes a closer look at this.

Firstly, the store associate was so helpful and was courteous enough to extend my order to when I could go in store and get it. When I’m store and waiting in line I was approached and advised that someone would be right with me. The store associate was quick and friendly to complete my pick up and thanked me for my business. Based on this first ever interaction and the eagerness to help me I will be back to this location when shopping at Lulu.
