- SSSergeJun 4, 20263.0Nice store. The guy guiding my shopping experience was extremely helpful. Downside is i found myself abandoned in the dressing room after waiting a while for him to return with an item he said he would bring for me. I left the dressing room to shop by myself (i was on limited time) and when he caught up with me he said a number of staff left all at once and he was placed on cashier. We finished what we started, but i didn't like feeling abandoned like that. Also, i wasn't able to benefit from the 20% discount offer (there was a set up process for that) because i was running late at that point and had to check out quickly, which made it feel worse. If it wasn't for that, this would've been a stellar experience.

This is my go-to spot for coats and cashmere toboggans—the quality is consistently excellent and the styles never disappoint. The store is well organized, and the staff is helpful without being pushy, which makes shopping easy and enjoyable. I always leave finding exactly what I was looking for (and usually more). Highly recommend.
