- KWKe WallaceSep 5, 20262.0Mixed experience at this location. The associate who checked me out at the end of my visit was wonderful and great to talk to. However, the middle of the visit was just plain weird and uncomfortable. I was directed to a fitting room without staff logging my name, leading to an associate accidentally walking in on me 15 minutes later. When I asked to order the items online to be shipped to my home, the associate questioned why I was ordering rather than buying in-store, which felt somewhat intrusive. Overall, it lacked basic attentiveness and felt like a very strange interaction. Staff just needs to be a bit more thoughtful with customer privacy and boundary management.

Downside is i found myself abandoned in the dressing room after waiting a while for him to return with an item he said he would bring for me. I left the dressing room to shop by myself (i was on limited time) and when he caught up with me he said a number of staff left all at once and he was placed on cashier. We finished what we started, but i didn't like feeling abandoned like that. Also, i wasn't able to benefit from the 20% discount offer (there was a set up process for that) because i was running late at that point and had to check out quickly, which made it feel worse. If it wasn't for that, this would've been a stellar experience.
