- SSSergeJun 4, 20263.0Nice store. The guy guiding my shopping experience was extremely helpful. Downside is i found myself abandoned in the dressing room after waiting a while for him to return with an item he said he would bring for me. I left the dressing room to shop by myself (i was on limited time) and when he caught up with me he said a number of staff left all at once and he was placed on cashier. We finished what we started, but i didn't like feeling abandoned like that. Also, i wasn't able to benefit from the 20% discount offer (there was a set up process for that) because i was running late at that point and had to check out quickly, which made it feel worse. If it wasn't for that, this would've been a stellar experience.

I mentioned it to an associate ( fixing the floor) on my way to the door. She didn't apologize. She gave me the silent treatment!!!!. I will never go back to J crew. They lost a faithful customer !
