  this place absolutely sucks i placed a order the night before to delivered to a business online it states “business hours” but said it wouldn’t be delivered till 5:30 i let them know they will be closed at that time so i changed a address. have not received the order no update so i requested a refund the lady at the location is 0 help keep saying she has to contact her manager. so inconvenient supposed to be a gift the suprised is ruined now not only have i not received the order waiting to be contacted for a refund. i don’t understand how a business doesn’t know if you will receive the order or doesn’t know if they can refund you makes 0 sense i will NEVER USE this location again.

  I couldn’t upload my pictures to my earlier review, so I’m going to post what I said again with pics this time: I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a nice appreciation gift today so I purchased the Riveting Roses & Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries - Single Bouquet. Y'all not only did I purchase the Deliver Within the Hour option and they were two hours late, but please look at what was advertised versus what he got. He was grateful, but it is problematic to purchase something this expensive and it not be what you bought. Plus- isn't it illegal to false advertise?
