And then when I said it’s OK to smile in a very polite, nice way she just looked at me with hateful vengeance and asked for the next person in line as she rolled her eyes. Mind you I do like the products at DSW and they’re a good store, but be better at training your personnel.

A staff member reminded me to keep the dog quiet. My husband and I apologized to her, but she was very rude to me and my dog. I think the company should retrain its employees on how to communicate with customers. We can find many ways to resolve issues instead of displaying such a rude attitude at work.
