  Over the weekend, my best friend and I wanted to get matching pinky rings, and Donovan made the experience truly elite! His knowledge of the company and excellent customer service. From offering to clean the Yurman pieces we were already wearing to helping us decide on a ring, Donovan made the experience so special. Truly the best luxury shopping experience I’ve had in a while!

  I am writing this in extreme frustration with David Yurman Dallas. My partner and I chose bracelets in lieu of rings for our engagement. We explicitly told the store and customer service that we needed them on time for our $25,000 international engagement tour leaving tomorrow.After a 4.5-hour drive to pick them up, we were told they had to be sent back for sizing. Jose assured us it would be quick. When we returned to ship them, the service was disorganized and rude. Yesterday, only one bracelet arrived. Allen in customer service promised the second would arrive today.UPS just confirmed it will not arrive until Tuesday. We leave tomorrow for two months. One of our engagement bracelets is now at risk of being lost or stolen at a UPS facility, and our planned photo opportunities across multiple countries are ruined. I expect management to contact me immediately with a solution or a full refund, David Yurmam has ruined my engagement, ruined my $25,000 engagement world tour. This is absolutely unacceptable and everyone working on this case should be ashamed. I cannot spend the rest of my life, looking at this bracelet, knowing David Yurman Ruined my dream trip. I am completely heartbroken.

From his attention to detail to taking our calls well after store hours just to make sure we were taken care of, his dedication is unmatched.   I had a wonderful experience working with Jose at David Yurman. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a great experience. He took the time to answer my questions, never made me feel pressured, and made the entire process enjoyable. What really stood out was the level of care he showed. He even offered to clean some of my other David Yurman pieces, which was a thoughtful touch and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and genuinely personal. I’m already looking forward to working with Jose again when it’s time for my next piece. Highly recommend!
