  My sisters and I were greated immediately upon entering the store. Our sales associate, Jose, was very personal and friendly. He was patient and spent a good amount of time with us as we were deciding on a few pieces. I felt very comfortable and valued as a customer. I plan to return the next time I'm in town.

  The young gentleman who assisted my partner and me with our purchase was very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. The security guard was also extremely attentive. As the only two African American customers in the store at the time, we felt uncomfortable due to the way he exclusively stared at and circled around us the entirety of our visit. His blatant racial profiling detracted significantly from what should have been a positive experience.

  Christopher is amazing! I have been here several times and he has taken care of me each time. The first time I felt super lost, and didn’t know what I wanted to look at, just that it was going to be a grad present from my parents. I gave him a budget and overall vibe and he really listened and took his time showing me potential pieces and helped me create a wishlist. The second time my boyfriend was getting me a gift and again he showed us several options until we found the perfect one. I will definitely be back, Christopher is so so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! He made both experiences so wonderful, and I am incredibly pleased with the pieces he helped me pick out.

  5 GOLD STARS for the DY store in Northpark (Dallas, TX)! One of the best DY stores in the country. The associates are professional, courteous and always go above and beyond for exceptional customer service. This is why I do all my business at this location.   Unfortunately I went in to buy a $10,000 bracelet stack for Mothers Day and Amanda was on vacation so I was put with a guy who not only didn’t want to show me a bracelet let alone show me 3 bracelets. My husband turned to me after 5 minutes and said let’s go. We walked across to Eiseman and bought a watch there. I LOVE Amanda and highly recommend her but I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
