I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Vacheron Constantin boutique while visiting my brother in Dallas, and the experience was nothing short of world-class, thanks to Caly. Coming from Washington state where I don't have a local boutique, this visit was a major highlight of my trip.
From the moment we walked in, Caly treated us with incredible warmth, patience, and hospitality. What truly set the experience apart was her genuine passion for the Maison.
Seeing these timepieces in person is a completely different experience than looking at pictures online—the level of hand-finishing and the way the light catches the cases and bracelets is breathtaking. Caly guided us through the collection with immense expertise, never making us feel rushed, and curated a truly memorable visit.

Went in not to purchase but just nerd out over watches and it was an exceptional experience. The staff were more than happy to let me try on pieces, answer my questions, etc. Very positive view of VC!

I had such a great experience at this store from the moment I set foot in here. Caly was the sales associate assigned to me and she walked me through all the watches they had available to ensure that I was making the right decision.
I was there for over an hour and she never rushed me for anything. In fact was able to demonstrate a lot of features of the watch I liked. Caly was extremely professional and courteous.
Pilar who is her manager was also very gracious and made sure I was well taken care of.
Alexander was one great character and we struck up a great conversation about choosing the right watch and especially the right dial. He said you will know when you wake up in the morning and guess what, he was absolutely right.
Overall a great experience in the boutique. The watches are amazing and photos or videos don’t do justice. I am glad I got to see a few good pieces.

Buyer beware ... be wary of any verbal offers for a lower price than on the item sticker ... it's likely a sales ploy.
While in the store, my lovely bride (of 44 years) expressed an interest in a woman's Vacheron Overseas Quartz watch as a memory of her father wearing a Vacheron. Since we are well aware that watch and jewelry stores rarely sell products at full tagged price (we've purchased many Rolex, Breitling and Tag Heuer watches over the years) we asked the sales rep what the best price would be for the Overseas Quartz watch … the answer, which both I and my wife heard: $31,000 ... which is still pricey, but we agreed to that price. Unfortunately, we were too trusting, and distracted by a credit card processing issue and being shown how to remove/replace the band options, and therefore, did not review the invoice immediately. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice they incorrectly charged us the full tagged price of $36,200 instead of the quoted $31,000 until we returned home to Colorado and unpacked the watch box with the invoice enclosed. We contacted the store and they responded, "that's what the price tag showed and that is what you were charged." As a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, I’m very disappointed with what could be interpreted as deceitful business practices. Frankly, it’s very hard to imagine a professional sales representative “forgetting” the price they quoted a mere 10 minutes before ringing up the sale. Our assumption is the strategy was to get us to agree to the sale with a bait and switch tactic at the register ... a point where we would be so invested in the sale the rep could claim "sorry ... I misspoke" in the hopes we would simply acquiesce to the higher price.
Having said all that, we hoped they would look into their heart and soul, and know that as a senior military officer, I live by very high standards of personal integrity, and would not “lie” about something like this.
To date, the store and corporate reps are sticking to their "we do not negotiate prices" mantra.
It’s very sad that what originally was a tribute to my lovely bride’s deceased father, will now be marred by the memory of this invoicing error (at best) or sales ploy (at worst) … not a favorable memory of our first encounter with Vacheron-Constantin.
