  Great experience here! I tried on a variety of shoes from different brands on the Nordstrom side of the store and ultimately decided upon the Louboutins (which were actually listed as out of stock in my size online). I was able to purchase through Nordstrom at the Louboutin stand and the process was seamless.

  The sales lady with black hair is extremely rude and does not want to help customers. I was interesting in buying a pair of shoes for an upcoming event and she basically told me not to bother because they didn’t have my Louboutin size in store or online. And then she stood there while I was waiting for her to offer another pair and nothing. I felt very unwelcomed and she was more interested in chatting with other employees.

  I visited this particular location today, inside of Nordstrom‘s at the mall when my boyfriend and I walked in we were completely ignored. I had to walk up to a sales associate (black hair) and ask her to pull issue for me and she acted as if it was an inconvenience for her. She comes back, lays the shoes down and walks away and goes and has a conversation with other employees. I literally stood there for minutes in front of three employees, while no one said a word to me a gentleman from the other side of the store walked up and ask them to help me after I tried on the shoe and it wasn’t the right size. I asked her to bring me a different size and she comes back with an attitude and says they don’t have it. I literally walked out and went to the Highland Park Village store where I was treated the complete polar opposite! They were so nice and respectful to me & helped me with EVERYTHING without attitudes we purchased three paid or shoes.
