  HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Highland Park Christian Louboutin store. As a longtime Christian Louboutin customer who owns several pairs of shoes from the brand, I have always enjoyed shopping and supporting the brand. I typically make my purchases through the Nordstrom boutique, but while in Highland Park for another appointment, I decided to visit the standalone store and make a purchase. The assistant manager personally assisted me and completed my transaction. Approximately a week and a half later, I encountered an issue with the shoes. The shoes had never been worn, but when I returned to the store, I was unable to locate my receipt. What followed was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have ever had. The associates, including the assistant manager who had originally assisted me with the purchase, were dismissive and unhelpful. I was made to feel as though I had never shopped with the brand before. Multiple employees repeatedly stated that a member of management would need to assist me, all while the assistant manager—the very person who sold me the shoes—was present in the store. Despite having personally completed my purchase, she acted as though she had never seen me before. The overall attitude and lack of willingness to assist left me feeling offended, frustrated, and deeply disappointed. As a loyal customer who has invested significantly in the Christian Louboutin brand over the years, I expected a far higher level of service and professionalism. My purchase history can easily be verified, and Delia at the Nordstrom boutique can certainly attest to my longstanding loyalty to the brand. In contrast, the team at the Nordstrom boutique consistently provides exceptional service. They are warm, welcoming, professional, and make customers feel valued and appreciated. Their commitment to customer care stands in stark contrast to the experience I received at the Highland Park location. Fortunately, I was eventually able to locate my receipt. Rather than continue dealing with the Highland Park store, I returned to the Nordstrom boutique, where I received outstanding service and ultimately purchased the shoes again. Because of this experience, I have made the decision never to patronize the Highland Park Christian Louboutin store again. I would much rather continue shopping through the Nordstrom boutique, or even explore other luxury brands,than return to a location where loyal customers are treated with such disregard and indifference. The Highland Park store has permanently lost my business.

  Hiba at Christian Louboutin consistently provides exceptional service every time I visit. She is incredibly attentive, always stays on top of things, and makes the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Her knowledge, professionalism, and patience have been a tremendous help when making decisions, and I truly appreciate the support and guidance she provides. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. Thank you, Hiba, for always going above and beyond!
