  As someone who loves the brand - the Dallas store is my favorite. The staff gives great style advice - especially Korey! We love Korey. He’s one of the best sales associates we have ever had. He knows what I like and is great at helping pick items out that fit my style. The store is run very well by management too. Not only is it my favorite brand but this store makes me love it even more because of the staff. It’s also very pretty inside ever since it expanded to 2 stories!

  I’ve been a loyal Chanel customer and have purchased quite a few pieces from the brand, so I’m unfortunately very disappointed by my experiences at the Highland Park Chanel location. Barbara and Jill have consistently been unresponsive, and when they do interact, their demeanor often comes across as rude, dismissive, and judgmental. Luxury shopping should feel welcoming and enjoyable, but the interactions I’ve had at this location have often made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. What makes it especially frustrating is that I’m already a customer who genuinely loves and purchases Chanel products. I’m not expecting special treatment, just basic courtesy, professionalism, and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, the experience with these associates has been some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered in luxury retail. Chanel is an incredible brand, but the way customers are treated can have a huge impact on whether they want to continue shopping with a particular boutique. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because customers should not have to feel judged or ignored when walking into a Chanel boutique.

  Honestly, the worst Chanel location I’ve ever been to. Andrea’s attitude was so snarky and unpleasant, and she spoke to me like I wasn’t allowed to change my mind about something. The whole interaction was awkward and uncomfortable. I’ve never had an experience like that at Chanel before. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

  I was a little nervous after reading some of the negative reviews, but my experience at this location was quite positive. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. While the service wasn't necessarily above and beyond, the staff was courteous and professional, and I had no issues during my visit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely be back for future purchases!
