  The people at this location are wonderful. The company I have complaints about. I love Bonobos and had been shopping there for years. I'm 6'5" and had finally found a place that sells tall sizing that wasn't enormous on me. They have inexplicably dropped one of their most unique value-adds of the brand for what, 10% less textile on a lower volume shirt? I sent the corporate team a message, a love letter really, and they basically told me to get bent and buy other stuff. You gotta listen to your customer, when I say I don't fit in your other clothes, don't tell me to buy your other clothes. I'll miss you guys.

  Nick was AMAZING. He was so so patient, had a really great sense of style, opinionated but respectful, and just a lifesaver. He was so genuinely excited to help us shop for an outfit for our engagement photoshoot and was giving great ideas. I think if it weren’t for him we probably would’ve been really lost on different fits and styles and tailoring. This Bonobos is still a staple for us!

  Our son referred us to Bonobos when my husband needed travel suits. We’ve been so pleased with what we found! So glad we took advantage of the Guideshop services. Nick assessed my husband’s preferences, time constraints, and travel plans — and helped us put together the perfect package. Everything is absolutely incredible! The jackets, shirts, pants – all are proving to be 5⭐️ in the look, quality, and style. Thank you, Nick, for your attention to detail and amazing service. We highly recommend the Dallas Guideshop — Chike, Claire, Nick, and whole staff will make you feel welcome, value your time, and find everything you need to look absolutely great!

  I really appreciate Claire and the outstanding service she provides. Since I live out of town, she took the time to understand what I was looking for and put together a personalized lookbook with several great outfit options. She even followed up afterward to make sure everything worked out. The customer service was exceptional, and the clothing quality was excellent. I highly recommend working with Claire and the Bonobos team in Dallas.

  Just got done spending about an hour with Nick here and he got my husband set up with the right fits in all of his shirts, shorts, and pants, plus consulting on colors for a wardrobe refresh. This location is a showroom to help make sure you are ordering exactly what you need, with confidence. Plus Bonobos are the best quality shirts for work and casual. Stop by, you will leave happy!!!
