  Mari was absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly professional, attentive, and truly takes responsibility for making sure her clients have the best experience possible. I’m a very picky person, so I really appreciate her patience, attention to detail, and thoughtful service. She made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.   No prices on anything, I guess if you got to ask you can't afford. Fashion that is super expensive and doesn't make sense.

  This location is so cringey and awkward I will never order a pair of shoes here ever again. Customer service is bland and poor and they did not inform me on certain things! And they made me wait 1 hour before I could come get my shoes. And also, I understand this location is only taking appointments, therefore you will basically be the only one in the store when you arrive, but the staff doesn’t need to be weird and stand behind you and watch you look around the store and etc. like that’s so weird and uncomfortable, especially since the store is so small and tiny. like I understand I’m the only one in here but gosh go walk around somewhere else, find something to do, stop making the energy so nasty. S/o to the Italian warehouse for my shoes by the way I love them ❤️
