  Went to the private shopping event and when I saw a sweater I wanted but not in stock I asked how long would shipping take, the guy associate said “ well with all access which you don’t have “ did not have my account pulled up to even know anything. Just rude.

  no I’m extremely disappointed with my experiences at Alo. At every location I’ve visited, I’ve felt ignored, unwelcome, and treated differently from other customers. Employees often help other shoppers before acknowledging me, and I’ve rarely been greeted or offered assistance. Because this has happened repeatedly across multiple locations, it has left me feeling as though I’m being treated differently because of my race. While I can’t know the intentions of the employees, the pattern has been upsetting and has made me feel unwelcome as a customer. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and given the same level of customer service. I hope Alo takes concerns like this seriously and works to create a more inclusive and welcoming experience for all customers.

  If you’re gonna have poor customer service maybe don’t work at a retail job. Ms. Cashier at 7:45pm 8/1/26 if see people waiting in “the wrong line” when theres literally 3 lines to checkout maybe let them know before a line starts forming somewhere else. Me and the girl in the next line over both stood there and they literally checked her out first. Then when the lady in front of me finished she goes out of the way to tell me to go wait behind the newly formed line and skips me all together even though I’ve already been waiting. No need to try so hard at a job where you literally make less an hour than the price of a pair of socks there. 🤷‍♀️

  I visited this store on July 26th. My son and his friend wanted to buy something here. I let my son and his friend browse around and I decided to keep busy on my phone, responding to msgs etc I am not interested in ALO! I immediately get stared at and workers come by and just look to "see" what I'm doing, I am standing STILL and just keeping busy replying to msgs. I eventually find a bench inside the store where I can seat down while my son tries something on, then immediately after sitting down I get a worker who came to stand right in front of me to watch what I was doing, again, I am minding my own business, I was sitting by the shoes facing a wall, the worker STANDS RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME AND FACES ME FOR A WHILE and then leaves then another worker comes and does the same thing, I was being inappropriately racially profiled, the workers thought I was there to STEAL?! LIKE GET A GRIP! I AM NOT INTERESTED IN "ALO" SADLY MY SON IS! I WAS DEFINITELY MISTREATED AT THIS RAGGETY STORE BY THESE RAGGETY WORKERS.

  I really love this Alo store. I'm super happy I come to this store more because every time I go the staff is so friendly, professional, and welcoming. The store is always so neatly organized and you are greeted by the aroma of their signature candle. Today I went to buy myself some new shoes and Jeremiah helped me pick out the perfect pair of their running shoes. He had great energy, really knew his stuff, and made the whole experience easy and fun. If you go in, definitely ask for him, he'll take care of you.
