  Freeman provided excellent customer service at Alo . He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me pick outfits that looked great on me. Super professional and attentive — definitely one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had.

  I know this place is closing, but still it is quite messy. There is no signs, so, you are supposed to understand where the line for fitting rooms and for paying are. A little bit chaotic

  Without a doubt, this is some of the most toxic and unacceptable customer service I’ve ever experienced in Dallas. It’s honestly shocking how poorly this store treats its customers—they seriously need a complete attitude overhaul. My wife and I gave this place multiple chances, coming back again and again hoping things would improve. Instead, each visit was somehow worse than the last. The lack of respect, indifference, and overall negative attitude from the staff made every experience more frustrating than the previous one. It eventually reached a point where we couldn’t justify stepping foot in there anymore. We now go out of our way to buy everything online just to avoid dealing with this place. Completely disappointing and beyond frustrating.

  I was kindly asking an employee if they had something in stock. And was met with so much attitude and the employee said do you want me to find it or not. Horrible customer service

  I had a wonderful experience at ALO! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt modern, clean, and very inviting. The space is beautifully designed—minimalist yet warm—making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the experience. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made sure everything was comfortable and took the time to assist with any questions, which really added a personal touch. What stood out the most was the overall quality—from the service to the environment, everything felt thoughtfully curated. You can tell they really care about giving guests a great experience. Overall, ALO is a place I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a stylish, high-quality experience with excellent service. I’ll absolutely be coming back!
