  Overall, my experience was so-so. The store was a little crowded, and while the staff was somewhat friendly, there is definitely room for improvement. Rosa was one of the first associates to assist me, and Freeman was also helpful. However, the fitting room wait time could be better organized to improve efficiency, and the checkout process took longer than expected. The clothing selection is worth shopping for, but better organization and coordination among staff would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

  On top of having a wonderful selection the sales associates at this Northpark location are absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue. They’re the best!

  Cool clothes but the Northpark team needs a lesson in customer service. Is that part of the associate training at all?

  Freeman provided excellent customer service at Alo . He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me pick outfits that looked great on me. Super professional and attentive — definitely one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had.
