Absolutely terrible customer service. Liz, who I believe was a manager, was unbelievably rude and had a horrible attitude from the moment I interacted with her. The way she treated me was completely unprofessional and made the entire experience uncomfortable. I expected much better from Alo.

Came to ALO looking for a nice black hoodie, ALO price tag for black hoodie $148. The hoodie is a basic cotton hoodie. The same cheap cotton hoodie you can get at Walmart for $20! These retailers trying to get away with murder on their price gouging, they have nice athletic clothing, but half their clothes ain’t with 1/10th the price tag. As consumers we deserve high quality fabric especially if they are asking ridiculous prices

I visit this store almost weekly and they seem to never know how to use the QR code to get my rewards. Today I brought it up to the manager working and she like her staff were dismissive. I’m very disappointed of the lack of customer service and dismissive behavior. Never shopping at this store again.

Customer service in here is terrible. Instead of helping customers; they’re trying on the clothes and helping each other. Checked out and just threw the clothes in the bag. No greeting upon entrance and had to help myself to a fitting room.
