  I highly recommend stopping by Alo at the Dallas Galleria Mall and asking for Anthony. He is one of the best retail representatives I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in a long time. His fashion advice was spot-on, his personality was fantastic, and he went above and beyond to be helpful. Truly a five-star experience! Anthony, if you see this, hello from Jasmine in Colorado! I’ll definitely be back to see you again soon.

  Had a great experience at the Alo store at the Galleria! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the welcome at the front door to the fitting room to the checkout process! Anthony was super amazing and even recommended a dinner spot as I was not familiar with the area. 100% my favorite Alo yoga store in the Dallas area!

  Terrible service! I went in to try to return an order—specifically, a pair of pants I hadn't measured myself for, and a sweatshirt that I had only tried on briefly before realizing it was too small. I brought the items back in their original Alo bag, but two African American employees treated me terribly; they were racist. They claimed the garments had been worn, but in truth, I had never actually worn them. I used to shop at this store frequently, but sadly, I will stop doing so because of such racist people who assume I am just like them. I’ve now been waiting an hour for customer service to answer, and there’s still no sign of them.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this location. One of the employees who was assisting us was kind and welcoming while my husband was trying on items. I asked to use the restroom, and she was in the process of unlocking it for me. Another employee then interrupted and told her not to let me use it. This was especially frustrating because I had my 2-year-old with me who urgently needed to use the restroom. The way it was handled felt rude, dismissive, and completely lacking empathy. Beyond that, her overall demeanor and presentation did not reflect the elevated, polished standard I’ve come to expect from Alo. It felt unprofessional and out of alignment with the brand experience. I do want to highlight that the first employee we interacted with was kind and apologetic, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience left a negative impression, especially considering we were actively shopping. I hope management can address how situations like this are handled moving forward.

  Great customer service !!!! Jamie in the fitting room was super sweet!! Everyone was so kind ! I don’t mine spending money when I am treated like I’m a priority!!!! Go ALO 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
