  Came to ALO looking for a nice black hoodie, ALO price tag for black hoodie $148. The hoodie is a basic cotton hoodie. The same cheap cotton hoodie you can get at Walmart for $20! These retailers trying to get away with murder on their price gouging, they have nice athletic clothing, but half their clothes ain’t with 1/10th the price tag. As consumers we deserve high quality fabric especially if they are asking ridiculous prices

  I visit this store almost weekly and they seem to never know how to use the QR code to get my rewards. Today I brought it up to the manager working and she like her staff were dismissive. I’m very disappointed of the lack of customer service and dismissive behavior. Never shopping at this store again.

  Customer service in here is terrible. Instead of helping customers; they’re trying on the clothes and helping each other. Checked out and just threw the clothes in the bag. No greeting upon entrance and had to help myself to a fitting room.

  Avoid this place. Spoke to Ruby on the phone to get help with an order that had I had issues with. The amount of rudeness and sarcasm left me speechless. She was terrible, do better management.

  I highly recommend stopping by Alo at the Dallas Galleria Mall and asking for Anthony. He is one of the best retail representatives I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in a long time. His fashion advice was spot-on, his personality was fantastic, and he went above and beyond to be helpful. Truly a five-star experience! Anthony, if you see this, hello from Jasmine in Colorado! I’ll definitely be back to see you again soon.
