    "I am very disappointed with the service at your Houston Premium Outlets store. I have been trying to return a pair of sunglasses for two weeks, but the staff keeps giving me vague excuses to avoid the return. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue. Please contact me immediately to finalize my return. I am writing a second review because I still have not received any response from Sunglass Hut. It has been over two weeks, and despite multiple attempts to contact them (including their customer care form and direct messages), I have been completely ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable. My issue remains unresolved, and I am still waiting for a proper return and refund.
