Humphrey was welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive but not hovering! We were planning on going to another store to shop for sunglasses but ended up getting the help we needed here.

They would not let me return my glasses and I had my receipt. An employee told me that I would have to return them and I had to purchase more glasses that day.

i was being followed around as if i was going to steal something. dont know if i was being racially profiled or not horrible stench of body odor lingering in the store, probably because the people working here are all men who look like they hate their job. waited on line for 10 minutes because they only have one manager. very dusty , floors sticky, and just a very bad smell. overall experience, -10/10.
