  Amazing Service!! I had a Samsonite soft side luggage check bag that is almost 25 years old. The handle broke off on a recent trip, and I brought it to the Samsonite Outlet in Cypress. They sent it to the factory which replaced the handle, and fixed another couple of issues I wasn’t even aware of, all for $20.00!! I had my bag back in less than two weeks, completely restored and basically as good as new! It’s great to know that there are companies like Samsonite that still stand behind their product…even a product that is 25 years old! Great job!!

  I went into the shop and was greeted by Louis, who was very helpful. However, at checkout, their system completely failed: two cards were rejected four times, the money was withdrawn from my credit cards (yes, four times), and no transactions were processed! Interestingly, the cards worked normally before them at Levi’s and after them at Polo Ralph Lauren. Now I have to waste my time contacting Samsonite and their bank to resolve their issue.
