  I went into the shop and was greeted by Louis, who was very helpful. However, at checkout, their system completely failed: two cards were rejected four times, the money was withdrawn from my credit cards (yes, four times), and no transactions were processed! Interestingly, the cards worked normally before them at Levi’s and after them at Polo Ralph Lauren. Now I have to waste my time contacting Samsonite and their bank to resolve their issue.

  I have to say I’m really impressed with the warranty service offered here. I have a 28” spinner that American Airlines damaged on a connecting flight in Philadelphia (ripped off the top carry handle). By their own rules I filed a claim within 24 hours and provided proof, but AA still refused to take any responsibility whatsoever 😡 … Not to worry, Samsonite team to the rescue!!! For $20 the store shipped my damaged suitcase to their repair facility and a brand new handle was installed at no additional cost. They sent it back directly to my house in just over a week (2-3 weeks was originally quoted). Right in time for Christmas vacation! 🎄 Thank you so much! Very happy customer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
