  I don’t like to leave bad reviews on places but I don’t ever really have a good experience at this location. First, they didn’t even look at my items which I know because they were in the exact same position as when I brought them to the girls! Like try and mess it up a little so maybe I won’t notice? And also they said my items had “too much wear”. I don’t try and sell clothes that have too much wear, I just give them to goodwill. Some of my items were brand new or never worn too… also the girls working today, September 30th and 4:20ish PM could use a little bit more customer service lessons. Maybe smile and say hi and act like you like your job and wanna be a helpful employee. When I worked retail you bet your sweet butt I always acted like helping people was exactly what I wanted to be doing even if it wasn’t! TLDR: employees need customer service skills, this isn’t a who can be the most nonchalant contest. And if you’re not accepting items, say that! Don’t tell customers their items aren’t good enough or “have too much wear” when they’re new or not used.

  Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with the young ladies working here, particularly an employee named Addi.As a proud African American woman, I was extremely uncomfortable with the way I was treated. Addi gave me an unpleasant look and appeared to avoid me throughout my checkout experience, which I found disrespectful and unnecessary.I also overheard a conversation between employees where they were making judgmental comments about a customer who came in to sell clothing, specifically regarding the size of the items. This was especially disappointing because this is a thrift store, where customers should feel welcomed and respected regardless of their appearance or what they do choose to buy or sell.I hope management takes the time to address the way customers are treated and the professionalism expected from employees. Everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect.

  Las chicas son muy groseras, especialmente con la gente hispana que habla muy poco inglés deberían de no ser tan RACISTAS!!!
