Disappointing Experience at Marc Jacobs Outlet - Cypress, TX I was very disappointed with my experience at the Marc Jacobs outlet. I was unaware that items purchased at the outlet were final sale, and unfortunately, the handle on my purse does not stay securely attached and comes off at times. I understand final-sale policies, but I believe defective merchandise should be treated differently. I am now stuck with a purse that does not function properly, despite the issue being with the construction of the bag rather than normal wear and tear. Because the store would not allow a return or exchange, I cannot recommend purchasing items from this outlet. Customers should be made clearly aware of the final-sale policy before purchasing, and there should be reasonable consideration for merchandise that is defective or does not function as intended.

I had purchased a purse from the Coach outlet i was not 100% satisfied with the product i guess it was more of an impulse buy. I decided to return it then i saw that Marc Jacobs had an outlet store i was so exited since i know MJ is known for amazing quality leather bags. They have a amazing selection of bags i eventually decided on the “snapshot bag” that everyone is going gaga for! They have a large variety of colors and combos the sales person was super nice and after buying the bag he let me inspect the bag since they have a no return policy. Overall i love my new bag and this place is clean and well organized will be back for me !!!
